We fully support this march and encourage everyone to go. Our contingent will be riding the Staten Island Ferry and subway together to the march assembly site (9:30 am ferry)
See http://peoplesclimate.org/logistics/ for further information about the march route, lineup, code of conduct, music, what to bring and not to bring, etc., etc.
For those who can’t make it into the city, Rev. Darrell Berger will conduct a brief service affirming support of the march, and then lead a special coffee hour discussion of the role of faith communities, including ours, in dealing with climate change.
All are welcome. Service starts 10:45 a.m.
